The Comic Book Market was founded in 2008 in Bloomfield New Jersey with a bricks-and-mortar location. We moved online in early 2010 but we still maintain our retail location.
Our online store currently offers only NM comics that have come directly from the distributor. We currently use stock images for our books. All of our comic books are checked for defects and bagged and boarded upon receipt.

Shipping Information
We ship same-day for all orders paid in full by 5:00 PM; next business day for orders paid after that. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. To keep costs down, we ship Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation unless otherwise directed by the customer (for an additional charge). We provide the confirmation number at the time of shipment.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
We accept returns and provide refunds where our product arrives in condition other than advertised. Simply send us an email describing your problem with the merchandise and we will either issue you a credit immediately or ask you to return the merchandise at our expense.

Do you scan each individual comic?
No. Due to time constraints we currently show only stock images. All of the books we currently offer have come directly from the distributor and have been bagged and boarded upon receipt so we do guarantee they will be in NM if not better condition. Any book in less than NM condition will explicitly state such on both the title and in the text.
How do I check my order status?
We always ship same day or next business day as detailed above; on the rare occasion that we cannot ship your merchandise in such time frame we will contact you directly and ask you what you would like to do.
